Emina est une jolie Bosnienne, étudiante en médecine à la faculté de Sarajevo. Née après la guerre des Balkans, c'est une fille comme toute les autres Européennes, ski, mode, Hunter (bien glossy) et Coca. La photo montre peu mais pourtant tout y est et je la trouve esthétique. Merci Emina!

Emina is a pretty Bosnian, a medical student at the Sarajevo faculty. Born after the Balkan War, she is a girl like any other European woman, ski, fashion, Hunter (well glossy) and Coca-Cola. The picture shows little but however everything is there and I find it aesthetic. Thank you Emina!

Dora, ses amis la surnomment " l'exploratrice" forcément, a 19 ans sur cette photo. Elle a été prise lors des vacances des fêtes de fin d'année chez elle. Impossible de savoir où, je dirais en Hongrie. Disons que Dora est de Glasgow. Avec plusieurs copines de diverses nationalités, elle participe à ce blog de mode original; Toutes ces copines étudiantes elle présente régulièrement des looks. Ses bottes, elle les a reçues ce noël là en cadeau et elle a bien l'intention de repartir avec à la fac de Glasgow. Bonne idée, l'Ecosse doit être bien humide en janvier. Parions qu'elle aura été probablement la seule  à en porter au milieu de copines en Hunter.

Dora, her friends necessarily nicknamed her "The explorer", is 19 years old on this picture. It was taken during Christmas holidays at home. Impossible to know where, I would say in Hungary. Let's say Dora is from Glasgow. With several girlfriends of various nationalities, she participates in this original fashion blog by regularly presentig outfits. Her boots were a Christmas gift, some Decathlon Ifeel, and she intends to go back to her Glasgow College with them. Nice idea, Scotland is sure wet in january. Let's bet she will probably be the only one with rubber riding boots among girlfriends in Hunter.

Un weekend de janvier dernier lors de la vague de froid qui a traversé l'Espagne comme la France. Il fait -4°C dans l'un de ces magnifiques villages de la région de Pallars Sobirà dans les Pyrénées près d'Andorre, au nord ouest de la Catalogne. Carla n'aime pas porter les vêtements, comme au hasard les Hunter, qui affichent leur marque sur leur logo, ni les Moon Boots qui font ressembler à un yéti. Non, elle a choisi ses vieilles bottes de cheval (sic) Decathlon pour passer tout son séjour dans la neige profonde. D'autres Espagnoles, on l'a vu dans notre blog, ont également adopté ces bottes dans les  montagnes enneigées. Mais à ceci près, Carla ne porte pas ses bottes de cheval avec un slim, mais avec un jean assez large. On retrouve l'effet cosaque que l"on pouvait voir dans les années 70 et 80 sur les rares filles qui bravaient le politiquement correct en portant leurs bdc les jours de pluie. Les slims (Elastiss, Stretch) n'existaient pas encore. La tenue générale de Carla est harmonieuse et semble bien douillette.
Avec 14 autres jeunes Barcelonaises, Carla fait partie de l'équipe de ce blog de mode vraiment original et sophistiqué, "15 pendues à un cintre", et vous recommande de le visiter. Il est traduit en anglais et même en catalan.

A weekend of last january during the cold wave that crossed Spain as like France. It was -4°C in one of these magnificent villages in the region of Pallars Sobirà in the Pyrenees near Andorra, in the northwest of Catalonia. Carla doesnt like to wear the clothes, like randomly Hunter, which display their logo, nor Moon Boots that make look like the yeti. No, she chose her old Decathlon rubber riding boots to spend all her stay in the deep snow. Other Spanish, we have seen in our blog, also adopted these boots in the snowy mountains. But except, Carla does not wear her riding boots with skinny jeans, but with a fairly wide jeans. Which makes a somewhat "cossack" effect like we could see in the 70s and 80s on the few girls who braved the politically correct by wearing their rrb on rainy days. Skinny jeans did not yet exist. Carla's overall attire is harmonious and looks very cozy.
With 14 other young Barcelonans, she's part of the team of this truly original and sophisticated fashion blog, "15 hanging from a hanger", and I recommend you to checl it. It is translated into english and even into catalan.

Et non pas Toronto de Sydney. Sydney vit donc dans l'Ontario, à deux heures d'autoroute de Sarnia où sont installés Inga et Rod. Pas moins de onze tenues différentes basées sur ses bottes de cheval Aigle Ecuyer dans son blog de mode ! Elle les a trouvées il y a deux ans dans une boutique de fringues d'occasion pour 12 $ CAN, soit douze fois moins chères qu'au prix normal. Contrairement à ici, on peut toujours acheter des bdc (Start) sur le site Aigle américain, à un prix délirant par contre: 160 $. Voici mes deux looks préférés, le premier porté il y a à peine un mois. Les deux, très similaires, m'ont séduit par leur simplicité, les photos sont sympa. Si Sydney semble adorer ses Aigle, elle a également une passion pour les jolis pulls. Merci à Sydney pour son accord et je vous invite  à visiter son blog de mode, "Friandises et trésors", qu'elle a créé pour partager son style de vie et ses trouvailles shopping.

And not at all "Toronto from Sydney". Thus, Sydney lives in Ontario, two hours far from Sarnia by highway where our friends Inga & Rod are settled. No less than eleven different outfits based on her Aigle rubber riding boots in her fashion blog! She purchased them in a value village two years ago for only 12$ CAN. Contrary to here, you can always buy  (Start) riding boots on american Aigle website, however for a crazy price. These are my two favorite looks, the first one was posted less than a month ago. Both are  very similar and seduced me by their casualness, the pictures are pretty cool. If Sydney seems to love her Aigle, she also lives a passion for pretty sweaters. Thank you to Sydney for her agreement and think about visiting her fashion blog, "Treats and teasure", she created to share her lifestyle and shopping finds.

Ce jour de janvier, il y a deux ans, il faisait - 9°C à Berlin où habite Kati. Kati porte ses vieilles bottes d'équitation, non plus pour monter, mais pour les jours de mauvais temps. Elle reconnait que ce choix n'était vraiment pas opportun par ce temps glacial, ses semelles glissaient et elle devait souvent s'agripper à quelqu'un! Elle m'écrit que la tendance "bottes d'équitation" n'a pas été si importante dans la capitale allemande. En tout cas l'allure générale est bien mignonne même si elle semble éclectique. Kati a une nette préférence pour les vêtements d'occasion, faits à la main. Son blog regorge de conseils non seulement sur la mode, mais aussi sur l'art culinaire, la beauté, la déco. Un blog très "vert" et attachant, comme son propriétaire.

On that january day, two years ago, it was - 9 ° C in Berlin where Kati resides. Kati usually wears her old rubber riding boots, that she earlier used for horse riding, on bad weather days. She recognizes that this choice was not really appropriate in this freezing weather, her soles slipped and she had often to cling to somebody ! She writes that the "rubber rriding boots"trend was not important in Berlin. Anyhow Kati's general shape is cute even if it appears somewhat eclectic. She has a clear preference for second hand and handcrafted clothing. Her blog is full of tips not only for fashion but also for culinary art, beauty, decoration. A very "green" and endearing blog just as its owner.

Et en plus la veste de Yéti de Rod. La neige est finalement tombée dans leur région, -1°C. Merci à Rod & Inga pour les premières photos de l'année ! And in addition Rod's white Yeti Jacket ! It finally snowed on their area, and -1°C. Thank you to Rod & Inga for the first pics of the year!

Cette jolie Varsovienne aime combiner les vêtements sans nécessairement suivre les tendances, et elle y réussit parfaitement. Ses créations sont le reflet de sa personne, son rêve est de tenir une boutique de mode. Paulina aime aussi photographier, elle s'intéresse également à la psychologie.
De ses posts, j'ai choisi celui-ci, il y en a d'autres en bottes de cheval, pour ce look à dominante noire sur ce fond blanc enneigé. J'adore son bonnet et son legging en skaï (ou latex je ne sais pas trop) porté avec ses bottes d'équitation. Mais attention, certains puristes ici vont hurler, elles sont à zip ! C'est son choix me dit-elle, car elles sont évidemment plus simples à enlever. On aime malgré tout ou on n'aime pas... This pretty girl from Warsaw likes combining clothes without necessarily following trends, and she perfectly does. Her creations reflect her person, her dream is to own a fashion boutique. Paulina also likes to photograph, she's also interested in psychology.
From all her posts with her riding boots, I chose this one because of predominantly of black in her outfit, with this snowy white background. I love her cap and faux leather skinny leggings worn with her black rubber riding boots. But beware, some purists there will scream, the boots are with zip ! To be accepted or disliked... Archives | Touriste grecque au Louvre, décembre 2009

Une image rafraîchissante, également parue dans l'ancien blog, ici en plus grand format accompagnée d'inédites. Je l'avais abordée et elle m'a confirmé qu'elle portait bien des Aigle (Ecuyer) qu'elle a achetées à Athènes, sa ville de résidence. Il faisait -3°C à Paris. Elle dit n'avoir comme chaussures que ses Ecuyer pour son séjour en France, et donc qu'elle les a forcément portées aux pieds dans l'avion, et tout le temps.

A refreshing pic, also in the old blog, but now there in larger format with two original pics in addition. I had shortly discussed with her in snow in front of Louvre museum and she confirmed that she had purchased her Aigle (Ecuyer) rubber riding boots in Athens, her home town. Weather was -3°C in Paris. For her stay in France she packed no shoes at all in her luggage, only her rubber riding boots, and therefore she inevitably got them on feet in the aircraft, and all the time.
